What is your primary product or service?
Mister Twister of Charlotte makes Balloon Art - we create fanciful, unique sculptures, hats, objects with many different kinds of latex balloons for special events like birthday parties and corporate/company picnics.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Poverty! (lost a well paying job in 2009) My son suggested that I make balloon art. With the largest distributor of balloons less than a mile from my house, the internet full of balloon art instruction, with my keen spacial relationship sense and a knack for marketing I gave it my all...and I did! Five years later, the bills paid, and a great credit rating intact... and over 500 events and over 50 FIVE STAR reviews and MANY MANY happy smiling faces later!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The secret sauce is Dan Mask! I consistently provide quality product and service. I'm open to feedback on how to do it better! I always ask how I can do it better! No one performs and makes balloon art like I do in Charlotte area!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
N/A We perform/provide service at customer locations

We do national shows! But 80 percent of the time we perform within the 485 loop or approximately a 25 mile radius of Charlotte. Mister Twister will provide services for an additional charge for travel
