What is your primary product or service?
Personal pick up and delivery of laundry and dry cleaned items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We wanted a business that we could do from home or a retail shop. I am a part-time online college instructor.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide our customers with exceptional service and a detailed finished product. Our customers are amazed that their laundry and dry cleaned items do not have the sharp acrid smell that many launderers have.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our plan is to develop multiple routes to cover the entire Charlotte, NC area. We currently expect that to require around 12 routes.
